Nefora Oy was founded in 1994 (original name was Nep´tune Sea Technology Ltd. Oy). Our staff worked in the field of sub sea technology and shipbuilding since 1987.

Our background is in passenger submarine technology. These submarines were first introduced in Finland 1987. During following years we developed new types of submarines starting from conceptual design and ending to sea trials and training of customer.

Since 1996 we have been more involved with shipbuilding. We are using latest software tools and all mechanical design is carried out with 3D CAD (our company was the first user of Solidworks in Finland).

We emphasize that spending a little bit more on design phase will bring major savings on installation phase. This has been proved during various projects.

Since 2001 we have primarily concentrated on complete interior solutions. Our work methods allows a flexible co-operation with all parties involved to the project. Modern design tools gives our client the possibility to realize their ideas within the limits of the schedule.
